- All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery (UAE).
- Cash on Delivery orders are paid in full to the courier on delivery.
4. Shipping
- Standard delivery within the UAE: 2-5 business days, AED 19. Free on orders above AED 200.
- Express delivery within the UAE: delivered within 24 hours, AED 35.
- GCC: Economy 5-12 days (AED 79) or Express International 2-8 days (AED 99).
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
