Returning for a refund

The quickest way โ€” your request reaches us instantly and you can follow it from your account.

Go to your account and enter the email address you ordered with. No password needed โ€” weโ€™ll send you a 6-digit code.

Open the order, choose Request return, and tick the item(s) youโ€™re sending back.

We approve it and arrange a free pickup from your address. Youโ€™ll see the status update in your account throughout.
Ordered without an email address? If you checked out with your phone number only, use the form below instead and weโ€™ll set it up for you.

Requesting an exchange

Exchanges are handled by our team directly. Fill this in and weโ€™ll confirm availability of your replacement, then arrange the swap. Everything marked * is required.

We reply within one business day. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging still attached
  • Wrong size, wrong item received, damaged on arrival, or simply changed your mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items missing their original tags or packaging
  • Items marked final sale
๐Ÿ’› Received something damaged or incorrect? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and weโ€™ll ship a replacement straight away at no cost โ€” no return needed.

How refunds are paid

  • Card or online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days of us receiving the item
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or store credit โ€” your choice
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
