RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
- Items marked final sale are non-returnable

How to Return

2. Once approved, we arrange a free pickup from your address anywhere in the UAE — no need to ship anything yourself
3. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed

Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
- Card/online payments are refunded to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit — your choice
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability
