🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Blackstone purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we make returns easy.

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• We accept returns for wrong size, wrong item received, or change of mind
• Exchanges for a different size or colour are always welcome (subject to stock availability)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

• Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit — your choice
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
