We offer free delivery on all orders across the UAE — 150 Dhs minimum spend required.

• Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah: Same-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM (Mon–Sat)
• Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 3 days delivery
• Remote areas: 3 to 5 business days

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE — no card or online payment needed.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Blackstone purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we make returns easy.

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• We accept returns for wrong size, wrong item received, or change of mind
• Exchanges for a different size or color are always welcome (subject to stock availability)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit — your choice

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale items marked as final sale
